I, too, was raised Catholic but grew up to realize that organized religion is founded on hypocrisy. God and I have found a place to meet outside of any church.

My Jeffries, My mother woke my brother and myself bright and early every Sunday Morning to attend church. My Dad never had to go. I always thought that was kind of weird. He did go on Easter Sunday though. I don't know why he went to church on Easter and no other time. Still don't know. My mom also went to some kind of bible study every Wednesday night. She made me go with her. At the age of eight I was taking guitar lessons and my Mom made me learn a song by Kitty Well's called "I'll Reap My Harvest in Heaven." One Wednesday night I was sitting in the pews with my Mom, bored as hell, when suddenly the preacher called out my name and informed everyone that I was going to perform a musical number for them. I looked at my Mom and she said "Get your fanny up there and play that song." I couldn't believe she had done this to me. Well. I went in front of everyone. My Mom had brought my cheap guitar without me knowing. So I played and sang the tune and now I know I'm going to heaven. As far as The terrorist state of Israel goes, the whole lot of them can rot in hell as far as I'm concerned and they can take the bought and paid for U.S. Government with them.
