For strong bones - weight resistance exercise, sunshine (no sunscreen), animal based diet, no seed oils. Your hip shouldn't break from falling over.

Stephatanus: You weren't there. I was carrying a heavy bag of groceries, off-balance, and couldn't break my fall. I also fell a foot off of the curb.

A lot of things happen that shouldn't.

one BILLION percent correct there. Thanks Not only for recovery but as a way of life. Helps overcome mental issues as well. Taking control over your appetites and self denial. Not very American 2.0
