but did take the time to post regarding a meeting i had with a black client the other day, during which he went on to tell me how he wants to make sure his kids learn work ethic, unlike the many other clients we have who are 'disabled' and cannot work despite me trying to convince them they would be happier earning $5k/ month working then scrounging on $900/month disability (it falls on deaf ears and trust me, they are no more disabled than I). Well out of the blue, my client with a work ethic and a decent job selling health insurance, goes on to say how he also tells his kids that when they encounter police to just plain ole comply and you will walk away to live another day. Never bothered to read or listen to what happened to the young man in Memphis, but willing to bet he did not comply?

Employers have no loyalty to them, pay them the cheapest rate possible, cut their benefits, and usually don't even give them a token annual raise. Relevant to what you spoke of, I must admit I’ve been self-employed since age 25, going on 30 years now, so I control the money, rewards and benefits which of course certainly creates an easier atmosphere to maintain work ethic. On the other hand, my close colleagues essentially in the same boat and similar to myself, all bend over backwards for our employees. I cannot testify for many others, but do get the feeling that our generation of employers are quite sympathetic to the employees, even going so far as to say we are too nice and thus get often rolled over so to speak. However, we are all very small businesses in the legal and medical arena with just a handful of employees at most. And I have little doubt that a very high percentage of larger business follow the no loyalty approach, poorly treating their workforces. In fact, I think most larger corporate entities rape the public so no reason to doubt they treat their employees in similar fashion.

I specifically cited the fact that actress Angelina Jolie is a member of their club. What exactly could she possibly know about "foreign relations?"
