What happens at the long wait for the very short turn signal is the individual can't get their face out of their device...fortunately my explorer xlt with the 5.0 mustang engine doesn't have a problem going around them...have done that a few times however try to keep it to a minimum because I as you have no desire to speak to a bully with a badge, gun and I would suppose little man complex.

Yep, texting is usually the culprit, although I remember complaining a bit about this even before cell phones. Thanks.
I used to honk at them but figured out that it was more fun to let them sit there, sometimes long enough for the light to turn red again, along with their face ;-)
If their face turns red it would be from a radiation burn unable to extricate it from the skrying mirror
