I appreciate you sharing your own experiences, Peter. That's a sad indictment of the educational system in Canada. I've written articles about our own laughable educational system for the American Free Press. In some cities, almost none of the students are considered literate, in English or math. Of course, their language and writing are going to reflect that. Thanks!
