Brilliant, Don, as usual. Yes. The Just(us) system is as broken as everything else in this failed state. Every - and, I mean EVERY - institution in this lunatic asylum is corrupt and the entire enterprise is being mis-managed by more insane psychopaths than history has seen in quite some time. We are seriously giving the Dritte Reich a run for its money! Amerika uber Alles!

The American legal racket is a caste/class system. If you are a rich, connected Blue Blood, you will be granted all due process protections, both procedural and substantive, as originally put forth. If you are Joe or Mary Sixpack, you will be ground up like hamburger meat. For the vast majority of U.S. denizens, you are guilty until proven innocent. This holds throughout the legal matrix but nowhere is it more exemplified than in the IRS and the Family Court System. Democracy is just a euphemism for communist, totalitarianism. I've got a great money making idea. Change the Bill of Rights to the Bill of Wipes and have them printed on rolls of toilet paper. They'll sell like hotcakes.

As usual you are absolutely right about everything. However I find it difficult (actually I find it impossible) to have any sympathy for anyone who still supports Trump, especially Roger Stone and all of the January 6 prisoners. In the case of Roger Stone, back before I figured out that Trump was a fraud, and Stone was occasionally guest hosting the Alex Jones show, I sent Stone an email with some recommendations for issues that he should be recommending to Trump that he (Trump) address. One of those issues was our incredibly corrupt and dysfunctional justice system. Another issue was the likelihood that there would be election fraud in the next (2020) election. I even offered to donate a significant amount of money to his (Stone's) legal defense fund that he was always requesting donations to, if he could provide evidence that he had talked to Trump about those issues. I got a reply back from one of Stone's associates or helpers, indicating they they would consider the advice. But, obviously, Trump never did anything to address those issues. So I don't have any sympathy for Stone's legal problems, including the pre-dawn SWAT team raid. In the case of the January 6 prisoners, anyone who is stupid enough that they still supported Trump as late as January 6, 2021 is a complete moron. Additionally, even if Trump had been someone worthy of supporting, what did they think they were going to accomplish by traveling all the way to Washington D.C. to listen to Trump whine about election fraud, and then abandon his supporters without any clear direction or purpose as to what they should do after he was done whining? One other issue I have with them is that it it likely that most of them, being on the right, have the same attitude about due process that a politician (I can't remember who, but it might have been Lindsey Graham) said about "terrorists" back during the G.W. Bush War Of (On) Terror. He said something to the effect that "terrorists don't deserve due process". Of course, the obvious (to anyone with an IQ above room temperature) rebuttal to that should be: "Who decides who the terrorists are, and how to you determine whether or not they are terrorists without some sort of due process?" Now those same morons are being labelled as terrorists by the Left, and are being denied their due process, and it is likely that not 1 in 100 of them is smart enough yet to even realize that they were wrong in their attitude about due process for "terrorists".

Laws mean nothing if they aren’t applied uniformly. You nailed that one. Plus, if laws aren't applied AT ALL...then I guess we would all end up with a phony, corrupt buffoon like biden occupying the White House. Whoop, there it is!

This is exactly why we have about a decade left before our current way of government is completely demolished (possibly even less time). By the early to mid 2030's it will be replaced with something else and it is impossible to know how that plays out. It won't be some WEF/leftist mish-mash of tyranny.

The DC Swamp has been corruption ridden for many decades and this is not the type of foundation that can hold up a country. It cannot be fixed or drained...only plowed over and under. The corruption and fraud has extremely deep roots running all the way to China.

We would need a "Putin-like" character to make any significant changes. The current crop of government tyrants and Congressional hit men lack spines and direction other than to fill their pockets with the bounty provided by the citizens.

I am a victim of that system many times over. I've called at least 3 judges corrupt to their face. One I told to go ahead and put me in jail; that it would just prove to me he was filthy, rotten corrupt.

They control us through fear. When you educate yourself to the point that you understand that they are the criminals you lose your fear of them and then you will see the fear in their faces when they realize that they have lost control over you.

What has happened to this country is that a satanic cult has taken over and is using their laws/ statutes to enforce their religion. It is the religion of war by deception. It is the motto of the Israeli Mossad.

Now take a look at how many of our so-called leaders owe their allegiance to Israel.

There is a reason that judges dress in black robes. They are witches and warlocks. You have been deceived your whole lives into being slaves of an evil system that depends on you remaining ignorant.

So many sheeple believe everything they're told, or if they're not sure they just let it go.

Like the movie, No Country for Old Men, it's not a great time to be an older person. Younger ones have no clue, apparently. Keep up your excellent efforts Donald. Btw sorry I'm not good putting down words showing what I mean. 😇

Not to mention most lawyers and judges of any note (and a judge is just a lawyer in a black dress) are Freemasonic scum. The brain-dead masses that are asses who followed that trial religiously wouldn't make good fertilizer. You can bet your right arm that they are the same featherless bipeds who fell for the "Stupid-19" hoax, hook, line & sinker. Johnny Degenerate Depp is a transsexual androgyne, as is his former husband (excuse me, I mean wife) Amber Heard as is practically all of the celebrity vermin that the mindless herd worships. Like a very wise man said many years ago, you'll never go broke underestimating the intelligence of the American people. Were he alive today, he would realize that is a marked understatement.

I don't think Orwell meant for the likes of Bannon to be included among the less equal pigs. Still it is so, but pity the likes of we ordinary poor pigs, for our lot has always been less equal. In Australia our legal system, we do not pretend to call it justice, has been imbalanced for as long as white men have inhabited this land. If one has money, the justice can be found but without it, good luck. It still functions better than the US one, the principle of presumption of innocence is yet intact, once one finally reaches a court room. That does not protect one from the court of public opinion, for which our atrocious media is at fault. In the court room we see, I have seen, supreme dishonesty by police and prosecutors but before most judges, and if you have a good barrister, they are not given more credence merely because of their position.

The worst problem arises when it is the individual or even class actions brought against the establishment, the government. Then it is a simple thing for them to ignore the law and do whatever they wish. Even to the point of suspending the license of any practicing lawyer representing you.

I have watched the US legal system's cringeworthy performance and marvelled at how it has unravelled this past few years to become something less than the portrayal of the soviet system. It is an abomination and it seems the USA has in every way become an abomination. Unfortunately as one of the hapless arms of American Empire we can expect to proceed downwards as we follow after it.

It is just one more, if not the main reason I refuse anymore to be subject to this government or their laws. I would rather die resisting than to find myself in their clutches ever again.

Justice is dependent on "right think". If you support the current regime, you granted privileges which supersede the tenants of law and order. Notice the number of "peaceful" protestors in Seattle and other blue cities. Many of those arrested were back on the streets the next day. Remember the "summer of love"? This is what can be expected when we lose our internal compass between right and wrong. When we turn our backs on God and begin to glean our values from the world's system, things go down fast. It becomes a race to the bottom.
