The Constitution and the so-called "rights" it purports to give U.S. citizens is supposed to be in effect even during a state of emergency. I mean a real one, let alone a fake one like the criminal Covid hoax. Why? Because the Constitution was drafted and promulgated during a state of emergency, the Revolutionary War. I can't cite the case but even the Nine Swine (U.S. Supreme Cult) have ruled this is so. Further, I've seen a DOJ document written by a female member of one of their alphabet, so-called law enforcement agencies, wherein she stated unequivocally that the civil and constitutional rights of Americans cannot be abrogated, even in a state of emergency, again of course a real one. That is astonishing as those bureaucrat/cops are no respecters of any rights, privileges, or human life. But that and a buck will get you a cup of coffee. There's what oughtta be and there's what is. For the masses of denizens euphemistically referred to as American citizens, the constitution and the bill of wipes are as relevant and meaningful as a Joe Biden speech. Like in ancient Babylon, there is one set of laws and rules for the rich and connected and another for everyone else.

Of course I agree with everything you wrote, Hereticdrummer. By getting the people (and the co- opted press) to abide by "mandates" and "decrees," which have no basis in law, we crossed several huge lines during COVID. I think it might be as hard to get the average 'Murrican to understand their rights, than it is to get the Courts to support those rights. Thanks!

Expand full comment

Either one is an impossibility, especially the latter. The average "Murrican" is dumbed down and brain dead but the courts are not only run by idiots but also corrupt criminals. Most judges are not intellectually, ethically, and morally fit to judge a baking contest or an elementary school talent show. They are merely politically appointed hacks. Thank you, Don.

I have a neighbor that starts watching his T.V. @ 530 a.m. I go for runs, jogs, and walks, and drives. Every single dam time I go by that TV is flashing. I can see it through the blinds. It probably goes off around 9/10 for bed. Then, right back at it. I always wonder if he re-watches Tucker Carlson over and over in there (a Tucker knobber). Many Dumb-murricans fall asleep in a chair watching the ......drum roll..........DEATH TUBE. Yes, it carries them to their death because that's all they do.

As long as there is a TV, tard phones, etc. - DO NOT EXPECT SHIT to go right!

What an asshole. Recall many decades ago when Charles "Lucky" Luciano, one of the most notorious Italian mobsters of all time, was finally "pinched" by the authorities. As he was being led away in handcuffs from where he was arrested, a crowd had gathered. Among them were news reporters. One of them shoved a microphone up to Charley "Lucky" and asked him if he had any regrets. He said, (quote/paraphrase), "Yeah. I regret that I didn't get involved in the stock market, the biggest racket of all."

Here is how I summed it up in a comment to an article regarding our founding fathers:

Our founding fathers, having been in bed with the King of exploitation, decided to declare their independence, wanted a government of their own with which to exploit the people.

They declared war against the King's contemptible system of evil and so, in their freemason style, they wrote this deceptive thing called a constitution thereby creating their own government/ organized crime ring with which they could exploit the ignorance of the people by giving themselves the power to tax/ extort. And the people bought it hook, line, and sinker.

Aah yes, such were our great and wonderful fore-fathers.

Well, Anticriminals, I'm not sure I can go along with your cynical assessment of the Founders. I included the losses the people suffered during the Shays and Whiskey Rebellions, and they certainly didn't speak well for George Washington and the Federalists. All humans are fallible. This is why having a decentralized government, with very limited powers spread out among the three branches, is about the best kind of order you can find. We know that's not how it has worked in practice, unfortunately. Thus, this article. Thanks.

You obviously have yet to really be a victim of the system. You don't really see the connection between Freemasonry and government. Just take a look in your local area to see the Masonic buildings and lodges and how physically close they are to government buildings; some even in them, usually second floor.

Take the time to learn about Freemasonry and its devil-worshipping religion. That's right a Satanic cult that runs things behind the scenes. Their symbology is everywhere, hidden in plain sight.

You want to read another skeptics' observance of our founding fathers? Read "The Great American Adventure" by Retired Judge Dale, available free on line.

Try asserting your Constitutionally protected rights and see where it gets you. You have a right to liberty. Send your driver's license back with an affidavit stating that your occupation is not that of a commercial "driver'. Same thing with your "fishing" license if you are not a commercial fisherman. Hunting license? You get the picture. See how your government treats you. Throw away your car's license plates, too. Afterall you have a right to privacy as well. No one has a right to know what you own. IRS? Just stop filing. You shouldn't have to worry about any repercussions from your public servants. The list goes on and on.

That constitution is a great and wonderful document that should be worshipped, just like all branches of government that it created. Sarc

Well, on Freemasonry, when I went to an End the Fed rally in the capital of my state, I was shocked to see those Masonic buildings basically across the street from the government buildings. And even in my small town, I noticed that were some of the local assemblymen have offices, there's a Masonic building across the street again. Also, I went to Georgetown University, and I've always been told that the school was sort of suspect because of the Jesuit influence (honestly, I didn't notice). But back then, when I was naive and clueless, I noticed this strange G on the walls with what looked like oars (I thought it was the crew team logo, with G for Georgetown), then when I woke up as an adult, I learned that that was the Masonic G and it was everywhere at that school--so I think perhaps that was the problematic influence.

As for our "Constitutionally protected rights," I've stumbled onto info in truther world about how we are actually operating under Admiralty law and that they somehow brought law of the sea onto the land. I think maybe this is what the Anna von Reitz people talk about. I honestly haven't delved into that info that much, but at this point, nothing would surprise me. I just know we are living under tyranny and it's only going to get worse.

As usual, excellent piece

Need to start sending you a bill Don.

When your treatises come up during work, I cannot help myself from reading and not working!

a few weeks ago, I went to Barnes & Noble with our youngest daughter with hopes of obtaining at least one of your books.

unfortunately and as somewhat expected, all your books were 'out of stock.'

So I bought this Graham Hancock book concerning earth's lost civilization from the time of the last ice age or earlier, which while only half way thru, I see the running theme is fairly sophisticated civilizations existed in the America's for over 10,000 years, but mainstream science seems to do their best to avoid any knowledge of this.

What i would give to know what was really going in the Americas during those prior 10,000 years. Somehow, I think if those in the times that you mention understood what took place those thousands of years ago, then perhaps the people don't lose at every turn. After all, the more those in power do Not want you to learn of the past, it seems that knowledge would make a difference for the populace.

I know this is all way off point and somewhat esoteric rambling, but I just wanted to say I appreciate your knowledge and insight on the ever so important 'hidden history' of our Nation. I wonder what if anything will be known about this 10,000 years from now, especially since we essentially know nothing of our remote past.

on a parting note, my recent advice, not yet well taken, to my youngest daughter is....

you need to understand where you've been to know where you are headed -- however, it seems those in power do not want us to know this, whether 200 years or 10,000 years ago

I've studied under Hancock, Randal Carson and others and his theme is that the ancient myths were warnings of how an advanced and prosperous people abandoned their morals (God) and suffered a great cataclysm mostly erasing them from history. My 2 cents is that our current governors have some insight and think they can succeed where their predecessors failed. I also believe they take seriously things that "science" poo poos, supernatural stuff. I bet a few very high initiates of the ancient ways know exactly how Atlantis sank, how and why the Pyramids were built, how Alchemy and Magic work, etc. They follow Lucifer the Light Bringing who's ultimate goal is Apotheosis. Turning man into God. The philosopher's stone. Deep stuff.

But I also subscribe to a Christian worldview. So this is a cosmic conflict. And even though it doesn't look like it and history sure as heck doesn't provide proof, God wins. We'll be like toddlers who are throwing a tantrum and God turns to Jesus and says, "don't worry, let them alone, they'll tire themselves out eventually" lol

Expand full comment

Thank you for the words of wisdom.

I think you are correct in that someone possesses more knowledge of the remote past, just not sharing it. And I do believe the so called supernatural stuff is more real than let on to be, especially after reading Hancock's chapter last nite about the remote Amazonian cultures and their use of Ayahuasca to connect with other realms which i find very interesting -- definitely deep stuff!

lastly, I've read quite a bit in the last couple of years about the powers that be and their alleged following of the luciferian ways, whatever those may be.

Expand full comment

That's one area I have major disagreements with Hancock. His enthusiastic endorsement and use of psychedelics. I've done them all in my younger days, so i'm no stranger but I really believe they're opening doors of perception that should remain closed. I believe in real powers that are not for us because we are not able to discern correctly their origins. Heavenly or Hellish? I don't advocate prohibition but I am not a fan. Like a lot of the esoteric I think we are approaching powers we aren't designed to handle and can be easily misled into dangerous territory. The first lie of the Bible was that we could be Gods. The oldest religion of recorded humanity is that with the right knowledge we can be Gods (Gnosticism/Hermeticism). Those who promote spiritual drug use tend to offer the same, albeit with a bit of twist. Very tempting stuff for sure. That's why unearthing the ancient secrets is so alluring.

very true, they don't seem to know much about anything from the past which is quite unfortunate and in my book, a factor in how we all got to where we are now!

Yes, we've been taught victors history and propaganda. And I believe that it is because we don't know real history that we are on the brink of destruction today. We have been taught a pack of lies and truths have been deliberately hidden from us, especially the truth about the monetary system, and how the banking cartel took over America in 1913 with the Federal Reserve Act, which was described in Bill Still's The Money Masters and Aaron Russo's America Freedom to Fascism. I also think Americans have been socially engineered into believing they need to be constantly amused and entertained--most have no interest in learning and never question anything.

Expand full comment

Exactly, you speak with wise words.

Most are oblivious to it all, which I imagine is a main reason they get away with it.

For better or worse, to some extent, I believe learning the truth is too stressful to think about for many. They would rather just take the word straight from the mainstream news sources..... easier route/less stressful; and I really believe this can be attributed, at least in part, to the fact that the monetary, so called slave debt / tax, system makes for a quite stressful life -- significant worry about to just pay the monthly bills (been there before many times myself, as I imagine most have).

I learned a bit here and there in the last 30 years or so, but thankfully, way more so in the last three years than all the decades before, e.g., I will never forget, and somewhat ashamed, that in summer of 2019 while on vacation I was watching the Trump impeachment hearings, thinking --- oh boy, they really got him now and finding pleasure in it! Even watched a fair amount of CNN back then.

Excellent article, Donald. I basically agree with everything you wrote, though it is depressing.

But on WW1, where you said "over 116,000 Americans died for absolutely no reason," I actually disagree with you on that one--I believe there was a hidden reason. According to Benjamin Freedman, in his 1961 speech at the Willard Hotel, he says that the reason America got into the war was so the Zionists could get Palestine. Freedman was an insider, basically a right hand man to Bernard Baruch (yesterday's Soros/Rothschild agent), so he was a witness to the behind-the-scenes intrigues that got us into WW1. He said that the Zionists negotiated with Britain, telling them that they didn't have to accept peace terms with Germany and that they could win the war if America joined them, and the Zionists said that if Britain gave them Palestine, then they would get to work on Wilson and get America into the war. So, that's why 116,000 Americans died:

You sure have a memory for the mistakes that have been made.

Personally, I am getting flashbacks of all the mistakes I made in my own life. It's getting

kind of scary for me because I don't know if it's a kind of life-review before I croak or what is going on.

Be that as it may,,, hopefully you're not giving the country its life-review. (You know that could be a thing, but who knows!? ) It is somehow inevitable that countries will fail. Even within a family there are always disputes, cheaters, grifters, liars, sometimes psychos, and the same problems that manifest on the grand scale of things. The advantage goes to the sociopaths, since the people with morals have to abide by ethics, which the others (the "winners") aren't burdened with. And that term, which

Charlie Sheen popularized and Trump used extensively, has just always irked me, and your essay describes perfectly why it should irk us.
